The two basic Welding systems pioneered and employed by us are Electric Double Wedge Welding and Extrusion Welding. Both our Double Wedge Welding machines and Extrusion Welding machines produce truly homogeneous seams under the most challenging conditions.

Our Extrusion Welding Machines are the only welding machines in the world that employ the proven (more than 40 years) and reliable principle of heated front piece (Nozzle) and rotating tip combination which ensures long lasting welds under a variety of unfavourable conditions.

Our Extrusion welding does not rely on aggressive, difficult-to-control, hot air preheating which is influenced by environmental variations regularly experienced on a site.
